  • We do not offer size exchanges on any products.

  • Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order — all measurements for each article are mentioned clearly.

  • Refunds are issued only for damaged, incorrect, or undelivered items.

  • If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide a photo or video as proof.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is completely free on all orders — no additional charges apply.

  • August will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item only if the original item was sent incorrectly or was defective.

Exchanges only

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are considered final. Refunds are issued only for damaged, incorrect, or undelivered items.
