Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly during checkout. AUGUST is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at brandedaugustclothing@gmail.com with your order details and images (if applicable). We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue promptly.
